A 1,300-ft underground stroll through the Sterling Hill zinc mine is a featured part of the mine tour.

What You Will See on a Mine Tour:

Within the mine passages are numerous pieces of equipment used while the mine was in operation, plus exhibits on the underground mining process. Visitors will see the lamp room, the shaft station, mine galleries dating to the 1830's, and much more.

Explore the theme of communication through four exhibitions featuring hands-on, interactive displays and activities on different subjects:

- Experience weather and learn how weather reports are broadcast,
- Travel to Ancient Egypt in a time machine,
- Blast off in a Friendship 7 capsule in our Space Exhibition,
- Discover new crafting experiences in our popular Green Arts Studio.

Educators and group visitors can custom-design their tours and explore a variety of diverse subjects of their choosing.

He is the Owner and Executive Chef and opened the school in 1995. Here at Classic Thyme we have created a warm and inviting atmosphere fashioned on the concept of a rustic cottage in Tuscany. Students can select from a wide diversity of classes from Culinary Basics to Advanced Cake Decorating. We offer themed classes on anything from Italian Boot Camps, Knife Skills, Holiday Baking and Couples Classes

We bring Abrakadoodle classes to your location through our mobile art education program. We provide an Abrakadoodle trained teacher, our inventive curriculum, a variety of creative materials and inspiration. You provide adequate space for us to offer the classes. Classes are offered at charter schools, community centers, YMCAs, after school programs, retail locations, universities, child care centers, private and public schools, preschools and other locations in the community
